When an enquiry is made, the Enquirer may select how many Service Providers they wish to contact them. They may select only 1 or up to a maximum number of 5 Service Providers.
The Enquirer may also select the number of weeks that they wish for Service Providers to contact them. The default is for 3 weeks, selectable for 1 to 5 weeks. The lead is automatically removed once the selected time period is exceeded.
The system keeps track of the number of Service Providers which have accessed the lead. When the number Service Providers specified by the enquirer have accessed the lead, it is automatically removed from the system and can no longer be accessed by Service Providers.
When you access one of the leads from our site, you are offering your services in competition with the number of Service Providers which the enquirer has selected and you are at no more disadvantage than if the enquirer called 3 or more Service Providers after finding their names in the phone book or the local newspaper. In this instance we also list how many Service Providers the enquirer has requested to access their contact information.
Once a Service Provider has accessed a lead then that lead is no longer displayed in that Service Providers login to ensure that a Service Provider cannot purchase the same lead multiple times and exclude other Service Providers in the area from accessing the lead.
